Moosburger® horsehair insole shoe size

The original Moosburger® horsehair shoe insole is a climate-controlled sole made of the finest horsehair, which is steamed, combed, and quilted on a jute fabric and then bordered by a cotton band. An extraordinary quality of the finest horsehair spinning mill in Europe, which lets your feet breathe. The remarkable hydro-dynamic property of the 5 mm thick horsehair sole always keeps your feet in a comfortable climate and prevents sweat from forming even in footwear predestined for this purpose, such as rubber boots. Whether in boots or chucks, with any kind of less breathable/diffusible material, the insole provides good climatic help and helps excellently against cold feet in the bitterly cold German winter. (The only difference is that it does not fit into tight shoes, but has to be broken in for a few days).

If it is dirty or smells, it can be rinsed out under running water up to 40°C. And if it lies in the sun, the bacteria will also disappear. If the horsehair side is too wild for you, just put the jute side up, the climate effect remains the same.

We have all sizes from 36 - 48 available and will send the soles you ordered — which your feet have been longing for — immediately after receipt of payment.
