Our mattresses are manufactured within 1-2 weeks and then delivered, either with our own truck or with a freight forwarder.
Our products usually arrive at our customers three weeks after order / payment confirmation.
Bed frame can take considerably longer, goods that can be packaged is delivered by parcel service.
We can't guarantee the good service of our service providers (DHL / freight forwarder). Our good service is guaranteed - over 80% of our goods are delivered with our own truck and best, punctual service.
Delivery Cost
Delivery within Germany is free, to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Central Austria we charge €35, for Central Switzerland €89 customs fee (incl. all costs) ... Switzerland Info. France, Italy, England ... starting at around €100, Denmark, Sweden, Finland ... starting at around €150, Norway from ca. €200 (incl. customs clearance). Packages like single mattresses are delivered to most European countries starting at €35.
